Picture Day at School Today

I know I'm a dork but I had to do it. Pictures with the Jois Family. Practice was less than stellar today but I still got the Hamstring push from Sharath. I didn't sleep well so I was really draggin'. I also arrived later than normal so I didn't get as good of a spot as I usually do.
I'm trying to figure out what I want to do in class on Saturday. I think it would be good to try to follow Pattabhi's style but I think most people would crap out by the Janu's... I think a lot of students at EMW have very nice form but very limited endurance. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any...
Now for a nap and then off to Mysore.

I just read it... backwards. I'm not so technologically aware. My comments are this: expect more of us. Give us whatcha got (because you got so much, before and now) before you go. I'd love to be pushed to my max... and I could not agree more about teaching style. You are right: people respond to the imperative. So I will not at all be taken aback if you force me into a deeper expression of any given pose; I think I got it in me. Beyond that, some very beautiful moments in your writing, and I thouroughly enjoyed to teeny glimpse I got of the spectacular world you are experiencing. You are right; finding peace amidst the chaos is the key; and we often need to hear it. And for this reason, I am going to drag myself away from my cozy and removed computer and back into the world to fight for sanity. Namaste... this is truly wonderful, and I am much looking forward to class on Saturday. By the way... I am going to have a party either June 3 or June 10, both Friday nights. I'd love if you could come; is either a possibility? I think I'll invite the whole yoga crew, a joint graduation-summer-going away-celebrate friendship and life sorta thing. Let me know. Chau...
