Green Fried Rice

Our first meal (not counting the mixed salad for lunch) from our CSA produce. It's just your basic fried rice with Bok Choy, Leeks, and Spinach. When I first started making it I thought it was going to be a little to "green" for me and I've also never used Bok Choy or Leeks before but it actually turned out really good!
And to celebrate a wonderful, healthy, home-cooked meal, we went out for ice cream!
